SalesAssistant

SalesAssistant is a secure website designed primarily for Arrow's Sales Reps and select OEM customers that allows access to our online scheduling and shipping information database.  The Mestek/Arrow SalesAssistant site provides the following information:

1. Order Status

  • On hold
  • Released for production
  • Shipped

2. Shipping Status

  • Date shipped
  • Name of carrier
  • Carrier pro number
  • Line items that were shipped

3. SalesAssistant also acts as Arrow's Bulletin Board

  • Weekly production lead time schedule
  • New sales and service bullitens
  • Complete Arrow office personnel contact list
  • Privileged product literature

If you are an Arrow Representative and would like access to SalesAssistant, please go to www.mesteksa.com and select the "New Registration" tab. Then  complete the requested information form and click "Submit".  You will receive an email within one working day stating whether you were granted or denied access to the SalesAssistant.
